SYSTEM ENGINEERS
Requirements analysis and system design of base stations and larger systems. Solid knowledge of GSM/WCDMA base stations and systems, regarding both standardization and implementation.
DIGITAL HARDWARE DESIGNERS
At least 5 years experience of digital HW design in the telecom infrastructure industry. Solid methodology and tools knowledge is a requirement.
SOFTWARE ENGINEERS
At least 3-5 years of solid knowledge in C-programming. Experience from embedded systems, especially Analog Devices DSP’s is valuable. Knowledge of Digital Communication Systems, DSP theory, Matlab, SPW is welcome.
Embedded Software Architect
Analyse system impact and propose implementations.
Embedded Software Programmer
Implement traffic control applications in C and verify the results in simulation and in the lab. Investigate bug reports and prioritise activities together with other design groups.
DSP Software Programmer
Implement algorithms, mostly in C, with tight real-time demands. Verify results in simulations and with standardized traffic channel models.
Platform Software Programmer
Implement HW Related SW (device drivers, boot, start-up, etc.) in C and assembler. Implement improvements in build and version control tools in Perl/Python/Tcl. Perform HW debugging with emulators.
Software System Integrator
Build the system and perform system level tests. Perform problem analysis and take actions in bug analysis and reporting. Improve configuration management methodology.
Software Module Tester
Test SW designs against test specifications and system requirements with test scripts and radio instrumentation and HW emulators. Write test specifications and improve test routines and methodology.
RF DESIGNERS
Self-motivated engineers with a few years experience. Knowledge within: PLL synthesizers, Power Amplifiers, LNA design, Mixers, Filters, Power management, Link budgets and Matlab.
CONFIGURATIONS MANAGEMENT
For a lead role in Configuration Management and documentation systems, we are looking for someone with documented experience as well as a modern approach to the area and related quality assurance practices.
PROJECT MANAGER
Experience required from project management of technical development – from system studies to fully running production and deployment in the field. Knowledge of radio and cellular systems is welcome.
PRODUCT MANAGER
Activities include product planning, pre- and post- sales support and collection of customer requirements. Documented knowledge of cellular systems, radio base stations and radio is essential.
INTEGRATION & VERIFICATION ENGINEERS
Experience in protocol and functional testing, RF system testing and EMC and environmental testing. Knowledge about GSM in all its aspects is essential, as well as the use of different test equipment.
MECHANICAL DESIGNER
For mechanical designs of housings, shielding and related products, we are looking for an experienced mechanical designer with at least 10 years experience. Proficiency in modern 3D tools is essential.
PRODUCTION EXPERT
Design for Manufacturing is essential in achieving good quality, low costs and high yields. We are looking for someone with at least 10 years experience in the manufacturing of electronics and radio equipment to take the lead in this area.
